Plumbing Estimate Bath

To give a plumbing estimate on the bath we have not included the materials and estimates are based on the allowed time given.

• 103 - Replace the bath with 2 walls. (To replace a bath with only to walls then this could take a good part of the day as most baths can be tricky) 6 hours at £235.
• 103/a - Replace the bath taps. (To replace the bath taps as long as there is good space and is straight forward then this is estimated at 50 - 70 minutes and will cost £105).
• 103/b - Taps and waste on the bath. (To replace the bath and the waste is estimated at 60 to 90-minutes and will cost £120).

Giving a cost on fitting a bath has been well known to be tricky expecially if the customer has expected the plumber to work on the cosmetics including the silacone of the bath. The cost of fitting the bath does not include the bath panel as this is a seperate job and too tricky to estimate. Sometime when take the old bath out and put and new bath in may require 2 persons and there would be an extra charge for the second person if required at the cost of £60 which the work that is carried out will be about 1 hour shorter as long as the second person is not a qualified engineer.
