Plumbing Estimate Macerator

To give a plumbing estimate to replace a Macerator we have not included the materials and estimates are based on the allowed time given.

• 107 - To replace like for like Macerator without moving the toilet. (To replace the old Macerator for a new Macerator without moving the toilet then this would cost £120 which is estimated to take a bout 90-minutes).
• 107/a - To replace a like for like Macerator with moving the toilet. (If you have to move the toilet then this is estimate to take an extra 30-minute costing £150).
• 107/b - To a similar Macerator. (To a similar Macerator and ajusting the pipe work then this can take an extra 30-minutes work).
• 107/c - To fit a new Macerator with no existing pipework. (As long as the waste is within 6-metres and there is no obstruction in the way, then the cost to this will be £300). Estimated time of this is 5 to 7-hours

Fitting or replacing a Macerator can be one of the worse jobs for a plumber due to the smell and the type of work involved. Please keep in mind that the work above does not include any electrical and may need an electrician. In some circumstance the engineer may need to lift up floorboards or go through firebrick walls, in these circumstances then the cost may fair due to teh type of obstruction the engineer has to go through.
