Weather News Predictions & Warnings to Emergency Plumbers
We have noticed that one of the first weather news predictions have just come out as reported in the Express. Emergency Plumbers & Heating engineers begin to prepare but should they? What the Express fail to mention is that similar patterns was mention the year before by news articles and also the news release has failed to mention that science can only predict the weather but not use this as a fact. We believe only the Met office is more accurate when it comes to predicting the weather due to the use of the machines and the equipment they have. The Met office has been around for a long time now and is also use by the Gritters. The government also rely on the Met office. So when you seek news, our advice is to check the local Met office which gives almost an accurate calculation over the next 4 days.

This is not just a source for getting those to read but it’s a combination for the heating cost’s going up and an average Winter we are most likely going to have. If we find ourselves heading into the coldest’s or the 2nd coldest on the outside then the inside the homes could make it the coldest. If your a consumer that would rather eat than have your heating on then at the least we are going to try and give you some advice.
Advice to consumers that want to eat & heat this Winter without having to worry about the costs. It is very important that you don’t use the fire in the living room that you may decide to sleep in as this may be a cause for death. Turn all the radiators off in the house except one radiator which is the room your going to be sleeping in. Wear plenty of clothing at all time including your pyjamas at night with a thick blanket if possible. If you require some warmth in your bathroom well you get a wash then open up the valve about an hour before and turning off once you finish. It is a good idea to try and keep busy as a good circulation of body heat is important when out in the cold.
If your leaving the house to go to a warmer location then turn the water supply off, just incase the pipes freeze in your home and you get a burst pipe. Turn the water off can also save the need for an emergency plumber which you may not be able to afford. When turning the water off it is also important to leave taps open to get the benefit of the water expanding within the plumbing system.
