Water through ceiling, unable to call the landlord

Here is one of the most difficult tasks a tenant takes, when dealing with a burst pipe and water through ceiling, that isn’t even there fault. What you should do, is call the landlord and then the landlord will get an emergency plumber to you in an emergency. What happens when the landlord is un-reachable?
